Connecting with an audience is about being relatable when telling them a story, and for me that means authenticity. I combine my professional knowledge of psychology and behaviour change with my own personal stories. I don’t take myself too seriously – life’s too short! – and I embrace vulnerability. Sharing my own experiences in life – laughter and high points, as well as the lows – is how I connect meaningfully with an audience to inspire change and drive action.
